Friendly staff, convenient for me. Lots of classes, great pool. Friendly members. Parking can be an issue at times, especially when there’s school vacation day camp and popular classes at the same time.
I like the selection of classes offered, the full-service gym and its helpful attendants, all the other activities that include other family members even though I'm an individual member. I like the administrative staff, the helpful trainers and teachers, the friendly employees. And I'm pleased that they happily accept assistance from members who volunteer to help with the fundraisers.

Staff and clients are friendly and helpful, and classes are beneficial. Class leaders seem to be quite good at what they do. The facility, though older, seems clean.

Mostly join in via Zoom 2-3x per week. Last Sat I tried an in person class. All classes I've attended have been great.

The coaches offer structure and discipline with loving support and encouragement! Each child receives individual instruction and training and the sportsmanship taught and exemplified is amazing!

The teachers were caring and nurturing -- my kid immediately took to them. Like how they increased the difficulty each time. Specific feedback for each child, when given, was very helpful. Harder in a group class to make sure each kid "gets it" before moving on to the next level, but specific suggestions for the parents each time might help. Thank you!
