I like the Tom Taylor Family YMCA consistency at scheduling blocks of floor time, which helps me plan my exercise time. I like the new weight station alignment - a lot. I love the engaging attitude of staff members. The Tom Taylor Family YMCA is a great place to work out!
Excellent instructors - mostly. Only one seemed not to be well-suited to the class assigned. The YMCA has rectified that with new instructors for that program.
The facilities are great and clean. I only wish the Y was open more hours, espcially on weekends!

The staff and exercise facilities. I’ve met so many friends, in a place of happiness and well-being. when you’re leaving the facility, there’s usually a beautiful scripture and thought for the day.

The Tom Taylor Y is a wonderful family friendly place and offers so many great classes. The facility is kept very clean and everyone who works there is friendly and always helpful! I am so thankful for the Y!

I feel child watch is over the quota with the staff we have. There is a quota that we have and we grab them all. I have worked for State of Illinois and I know a lot. The employees are worried about this. Babies we have too many. Also, I feel the supervisor is too closed to her employees.

Wry nice facility with friendly helpful staff. I’ve been enjoying the yoga classes and will be trying water aerobics next.
I am a 5am swimmer Monday through Friday and I was disappointed this morning because there were no lifeguards on duty, so no swimming .
Updated environment. Clean. Friendly. Inviting.

The staff's knowledge, patience and willingness to help.
I love how I’m always greeted by a friendly face at the front desk and as I leave. I really enjoy the access for personal use I have to room 4 “the retreat”. The track is great too 👍. I hope to make more use of the pool in the future. Please do not succumb to any societal pressure to disrupt female safety and privacy in the locker rooms with transgender demands. That would seriously affect my current good opinion of the judgement and integrity of the Y and it’s mission to represent Christian values and it’s commitment to provide a safe environment for women and children especially.

The facilities are nice and new and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is not usually over crowded when I am using it (7AM).
Friendly staff. Parkinson boxing classes have been really good for my husband.
I enjoy the swim class. It is nice to get into a warm pool. It is exercise that does not impact my hips.
