I wanted to give a shout out to employee - Evan from swim. He has been a great instructor with the kids and very professional with the parents.

Could improve = Please Please Please change or get rid of the vending machines in the lobby! More than half the time I have trouble with them! Cash & card. It's so annoying. It charged me $6.00 and only gave me a $2.75 item.

A few select employees, Cameron (the lifeguard), Georgia, and Ian (the lifeguard) were all extremely inviting. Would love to come again. No suggestions to improve.

Friendly staff.
My child had swim lessons with Sandi and made incredible gains in just two weeks of summer lessons. I hope we have lessons with her again. She is incredible with the kids and celebrates all of their accomplishments. She deserves the highest accolades as a swim instructor— of all of the lessons I have watched or my children have participated in, they have grown the most with Sandi!
I like the different types of facilities that are available.
Our son’s swim teacher Jill was amazing! She did a great job building trust and instilling confidence with our son while learning to swim. We hope Jill can remain his swim teacher for the next few levels of swim!
It was necessary for me to place my membership on hold for medical reasons.
I hope to be able to use the facility again this fall. The staff member that explained the hold & helped me facilitate this hold was most kind and helpful. Everyone has always been very friendly and I highly recommend this Gig Harbor YMCA to anyone looking to join.
Very nice facility. My child loves the Kids Corner and it allows me to continue my exercise activities.
