James and Alex are the best! James is so flexible and approachable. I have had a few circumstances where we were running late or had to reschedule and he never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience. James’ professionalism and overall demeanor makes Noah and want to keep coming in versus doing virtual. My son went from a satisfactory in Math to an excellent. Alex has been Noah’s teacher and I think that consistency in dealing with Alex has contributed to that success! Alex is so patient and sweet with my son. I have really enjoyed the experience so far and I truly believe it will benefit my daughter in the future. The center director James is so accommodating and is always willing to work with you. His demeanor has made it much easier and allows my daughter to move at a pace she is comfortable with.
