It’s nice and organized and the instructors are good.
But I have a serious complaint. why do the stalls have gaps in them? Anyone standing in front of the mirror or walking by who wants to see through those gaps can see. For a place that has children; adults, co-ed people getting nude in those stalls, you’d think you’d put more effort into making privacy stalls. I don’t feel comfortable changing in there for the parent - child class.

We love swim class! My son is 3. We have coach Noah at the Berkley location and my son seems to love him. Sometimes he has “off” days if he’s tired or cranky (he’s 3, so we never know!)
& Noah does great with him. The deck supervisor steps in and spends time with Jay sometimes and he does so great with him!!! I think my son may just get a little bored waiting his turn… for his age I think ratio 1:4 is kinda hard.
But everyone is so nice, & the facility is very nice and clean :)

The staff is amazing! They remember the kids names and greet them upon arrival. The teachers are fun and knowledgeable.
The lobby is always packed to the brim while waiting for the kids to go in
Teacher is great. Staff are all friendly. Facility is clean. I like the Aqua Card that allows me to see the progress my child is making.

I think that the program is well constructed and well executed by most instructors.
Our 2 year old was terrified of the water. Michelle was so patient and kind with him. She was able to build his trust and he went underwater by the third class. we’ve been blown away by the progress. Thank you!

The class groups are small and the instructors are very focused on your child and their progress.
The staff is amazing at the berkley location. Every instructor we have had has been wonderful with my children and they love coming every week. I would recommend to anyone to get their kids learning how to swim and loving the water.

Convenient location. Kids are learning to swim. Instructor is good.
However for several weeks in a row they haven't documented any progress on their aqua cards despite me witnessing advancements each week. The front desk lady told me it takes about 18 months to get from level 3 (current level) to level 4 and that also transitioning from level 5 to 6 is tough due to skills needed. I understand it's a learning process and takes time. But it's sounding like it will take 3 years for them to be able to swim independently (kids are 3 years and 5 years) which seems excessive.
Not a fan of the immediate increased tuition in January after only 1 week of lessons, especially after openinv being delayed 4 months. A tuition discount (vs extra makeup classes) would have been nice. Especially with 2 kids it's difficult to find a makeup day for both of them at the same time.
The staff is fantastic! Friendly, accommodating and wonderful with the little ones.
The ability to cancel a session and schedule a makeup class is so great. Simple and convenient, which with children is such an important factor.

My child has only been going to Aquatots since the Berkley location opened. She has learned so much in that time and can swim now! I was worried that this would take a long time for her to learn, but the coaches all have been great. The atmosphere and the front desk have all been wonderful!
The only downside is when coaches quit. Makes us sad because my daughter has a relationship with them and they leave. We completely understand life happens and other opportunities arise, but we are grateful for every coach my daughter has had and continues to have.
The instructors are playful with the kids. After going to a different swim school for 3 years we switched and our son is making leaps in his progress and just adores his teacher. My daughter just started and asks every single day if it's swim class day. As a parent I love that if a kid seems to be struggling, an additional teacher magically appears and offers one on one for as long as they need to get back in the game. This is great not only for the child but for the rest of the group, since they can continue on with their class.
Friendly staff/ instructor as well as overall community of people who we've met at swimming. Clean and comfortable pool environment specifically suited to kids. Only reason it wasn't a 10 was location of changing rooms being so seperate from swimming area and close to outdoor doors (which can get extra cold in the winter) also that there are only 2 large/ baby friendly changing rooms.
