I do the Morning Aerobics classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays because the women who lead them are so good at leading these classes. I sometimes use the workout room. I love that the Y is so clean and kept up. Thank you.

The free buddy pass allows any newcomer to bring a friend and start to feel comfortable starting in the gym or bringing them to play basketball. That's really the best part is that you can get any of your friends involved in fitness at no additional cost once you're a member
We where lucky enough to be the only one in her class w James ( I believe ) he was wondering w my daughter! Best swimming lessons we could have asked for!
The equipment is new and well maintained. The facility is very clean. The locker room and showers are always kept clean.
The yoga and QiGong/Tai Chi classes by Barb and Linda are excellent.

I am really benefiting from the Pedaling with Parkinson's Program. This type of exercise is highly recommended for people with Parkinson's Disease. I also really appreciate the free YMCA membership that was offered as part of this class. The facilitators, Missy and April, are very competent, personable and encouraging. Thank you for this program--I hope it continues in the future!
