The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about programs. There is a sense of community at the Y. The variety of classes is nice. Almost anyone can find something that suits them. The instructors are knowledgeable and offer suggestions as to how to adapt for a variety of people attending (age and abilities)
The variety of classes and experiences is awesome -- for whole families and for seniors. The staff who run the programs are well trained, knowledgeable, and understand the needs and the possibilities for the participants. The entire facility exudes encouragement and support, so the atmosphere is energetic and inspiring.

Comfortable atmosphere, mixture of many kinds of people, from families to the elderly to single young college kids. The front office staff is friendly, always says hello and says goodbye when I leave. Good gym, they created an environment where I want to go back, not one I dread.
