Camp Director Kat has designed and delivers a rich camp experience that engages children, teaches valuable lessons on achievement, teamwork, inclusion, fairness and creativity....all while keeping kids safe and routine communication with parents. Affords the opportunity to work out to all people. Youngsters, young adults, and senior citizens. Great workout room and and a smaller room for beginners and seniiors.

I like that my son enjoys his time there and found friends. Also all the activities and field trips.
Jan leads the AOA class with intent and joy. She changes up the exercises to keep it lively and different areas of fitness are included. It is obvious she CARES. Classes are fun!
