Yoga classes
I like, appreciate and applaud the Scottsdale-Paradise Valley YMCA's knowledgeable personal trainers, especially Jack W., Josh L., Brian E., Jan, Katrina, and Terri. I like the wide assortment of training equipment and its maintenance. The front desk staff members Fran, Lesley, and Morgan, and volunteer Dave are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. As a 12-year member of this YMCA, I continue to reap a healthy lifestyle of exercising in such a friendly, sociable, and organized environment. Thanks for their good jobs in every way.
