I love going to Zumba. Shannon, the instructor, makes the class over-the-top fun. I forget I'm exercising and just enjoy every minute of the music. There is community in the class as well, so, I don't want to miss a single session.

Desert Foothills Family YMCA is a place I can feel welcomed. When I attend classes there I call it my me time. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have made some good friends and look forward to seeing them in class.
