Great staff and overall a great welcoming environment filled with people with non judgmental views all wanting to better themselves .. a great place to start changing your health and with some great trainers who are compassionate and patient and take time to individualize each persons needs to get them on a road to success . No matter where you are at in your fitness journey this is a great place to be !
