I love the Silver Sneakers classes. Laurie is a fantastic instructor and makes the classes very productive and fun. I go to classes every day. The movie outings are always great.

The Desert Foorhills Family YMCA is fabulous. Chris is a great manager and everyone is courteous and very helpful. My husband and I work out regularly and the facility is clean and
most of the equipment is always available. We are seniors and we especially appreciate the addition of a 6th recumbent bike.

Everything the place is clean the people that worked there are phenomenal. They know exactly what you need and what you want and they’re so helpful in many ways and the people that go there they’re great people. It’s just a wonderful place the atmosphere everything is clean the equipment and everybody’s willing to help and the people that go there like I say they are the nicest people too.
