Lots of exercise options for all levels of ability. A great place to develop a community of friends who are like minded. Friendly staff. Great equipment. Warm pool. Child care. Cancer support group. Clean and welcoming environment.

Its comfortable there. I dont do any of the classes but the instructors have a smile and seem to bring an excitement to the class. I can use the equipment I want, swim in the pool. The staff greets you trys to get to know your name (especially in the pool).

I like the community feel of the YMCA. The staff is friendly & helpful. The instructors are well trained.
