Amy!!!! She is so fun!!! Love her Zumba class!
I enjoy the work out facilities, all the equipment I use is in good shape I walk around the basketball courts and is usually do a 2000 steps stroll (and it’s in an AC environment). I do notice a slight smell coming from the east side restrooms, but I know there a lot children that use that facility and I’m sure it’s clean daily cause the restrooms facilities in the west side are all ways very clean and smell clean!
I like the YMCA facility (the chandler-Gilbert family facility) very very much. I usually go in 4 times a week Monday thru Thursday and it is never crowded, nice place 🤗
I like the classes and the friendly staff.
I can't speak for other locations, but the Gilbert Chandler y is amazing. Customer service is amazing. People are friendly and helpful and kind and I have observed this personally and while watching others so keep up the great work.
It is always clean employees and valateers are nice

Chandler-Gilbert YMCA Family Programs (i.e., Ninja, Enrichment Classes & Parents Night Out)
Loved the Ninja classes for my 5 yo son
And oooooo my gosh he LOVED IT TOO
He had such a blast and the room he was in for Ninja class has everything you need to also be a gymnast ;)
He learned ALOT and not just front flips and flexibility, he learned a bit more patience and going with the flow and even more confidence in himself
He had or has an amazing teacher (instructor) Ms. Uriko sorry if I misspelled her name or it’s Yuriko
And also the volunteers were incredible too
Ryker really liked the volunteer Joseph and Joseph was so kind and patient with my boy too
I just loved seeing how excited Ryker would get to be going to Ninja Class and how happy and sweaty he was every time I picked him up after class
I definitely would have to say my son really had a favorite activity here at the Y and it was NINJA CLASS
Thank YOU :)
Karla (Ryker’s Mom)
I really liked the swim teachers ESPECIALLY MS. HOLLY
it was a good sized class
And it was so great that Ryker had some free time in the pool after completing his swim lesson
I do wish the swim lessons were at least 45 minutes
Instead of 30 minutes (it goes by way too fast) and I feel like with 7 kids in swim lessons the child doesn’t get a whole lot of time to learn and practice
Other then that I would totally recommend the Y
Oh ya and they have such flexible hours too
I am so happy I brought my 5yo son here and I want to keep bringing him :)
Thank YOU
Karla (Ryker’s Mom)
I like it very much, I'm very satisfied, is great group of people, very nice people.
The ability to use on my healthy journey and the friends i have met
They staff here is amazing, they are very pleasant and friendly. Will take kids back again
Our granddaughter absolutely loves camp at the YMCA Chandler/Gilbert. She is so excited to go every day that she gets up early. She is nine and said, "This is the greatest summer ever! She loves the staff and has loads of fun. We can see her going to the Y for a very long time! We're so happy she is in a safe and very active environment. She loves the Ninja room. She comes home exhausted every day but can't wait till the next day to go to YMCA Camp.
Thanks! Here’s a revised version of your response, tailored to reflect your positive experience with your daughter’s daycare at the Y — within 1000 characters:
What I like most about our Y experience is the incredible care, support, and structure my daughter receives at daycare. From the first day, the staff made her feel safe, welcome, and excited to learn. I’ve seen her grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually thanks to the thoughtful activities and nurturing environment. The communication between staff and parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved. I appreciate the Y’s values of respect, responsibility, and community, which are clearly reflected in how the children are treated and taught. Knowing she’s in a place that truly cares gives me peace of mind every day.
My daughter really enjoyed having a sense of purpose in what she was doing. Thank you for providing this opportunity.
Our son learned valuable skills through this program. He was able to keep active during summer break by using the weight room and playing basketball. He enjoyed the field trips, especially St. Vincent de Paul, and the Mercury game.
Bethany in Chandler location was amazing and provided customer service everyday and time.
The staff is lovely and supper helpful. The ambience is super family oriented, makes you feel like a familiar even when you’re a new member. They let you know in a non spoken way that they are trustworthy.
My daughter absolutely loved the TILT Camp program. She was able to gain so much experience in leadership opportunities. She really enjoyed getting to work with the early learners program, as well as the great outside speakers that came and spoke. Great program, and she can't wait to enroll for next summer.
Friendly Atmosphere.
The customer care provided by the morning front- desk crew (Shout-out to the ladies in the house!) constantly amazes me: They greet me with a smile and answer my questions (or get them answered from elsewhere in the house), all while answering numerous phone lines, performing duties I'm unaware of, interacting with colleagues as if they really like working with them, and displaying to me that they are actually glad that I came to the Chandler-Gilbert Family Y today and our paths crossed.
Able to access all the workout equipment without a hassle. No pressure ~ just individuals of all ages trying to stay healthy.
Programs
I really like your Volleyball program. It is nice for the kids to be able to play while not committing to (or paying for) club.
I appreciate the availability of the Y in that it is accessible financially as well as physically. There are a lot of sports options out there but the Y is definitely a great option for those who can't afford expensive club teams but still want good coaching. The Y also feels like a good entry point for kids who aren't as familiar with a sport or haven't been playing their whole lives. It is less intimidating even though there are still kids who are amazing athletes. All athletes of all abilities feel very welcome.
Very friendly and helpful staff including the instructors.
Fun to watch the kids on their side of things and adults on the other.
Well organized and structured. Fun and productive place.
New classes and offers quite often.
Enjoy it alot.
Coach Rodriguez is great, you can tell he really cares about the kids learning and having fun. Adele always has good things to say about the team and her self confidence after practice
friendly
It brings people and families together to help share moments of joy and fun by playing games. Just getting everyone’s minds off stress that life brings by that escape through games.
The Y provides a good introduction to children's sports with opportunity to grow, develop and become competitive in a safe and positive atmosphere.
