It has everything I need for workouts, plus a much nicer pool than other health clubs. It has a family feeling instead of large, commercial clubs where nonone knows nonone. Our family has been with this facility ever since we moved to Arizona twelve years ago.

The Silver Sneakers Classes and all classes offered. The instructors are all really good!

I appreciate the friendly greeting from Colleen at the front desk, the cleanliness of the facility and especially the well maintained lap pool. Swimming at the Y is a highlight of my fitness week!!!
