I know it is very tough to find volunteers for coaching, but I do think we should vet coaches a little bit more in the process. Maybe a training or some kind of small course to ensure they are prepared to coach with YMCA's principles.

I like the people at the front desk. They are always smiling and are willing to strike up a conversation with anyone. The equipment is awesome and there's plenty to choose from. The gym is never overflowing or dirty. It's a great gym and I feel very comfortable working out.

Rich at the Tempe YMCA has become a part of our family since my daughters participated there and now when my grandchildren go over to the Tempe Y to play basketball games.
The coaches who volunteer their time are caring and encouraging.
The parents who take the time to purchase goody bags for the children are a blessing. Parents get to know one another and become friends.

Plenty to do; pickleball, basketball, treadmill and weights for me. Facility is always clean. Staff is very helpful and always friendly.
I love Silver Sneakers. Unfortunately, the class is frequently at capacity. I don't know what to do about that. i think Ashleigh is the reason. Make sure you keep her!! She is the best. The other gals are great also. I love the variety for the older woman, yoga, and Ti Chi, swim class!

I like the classes and instructors. I appreciate greatly that in general classes are never cancelled a sub is gotten. Our time is respected. Colleen is great at the front desk. Knows what is going on. Also always adding new classes for all fitness levels.
