The photos' finish was very poor quality. The color was way off. I know my student does not look like that is person and a decent photo should look like her. For the price, the finish and color should be much better.
Our mail box is huge and yet the photos arrived curled, almost folded in half. There was nothing in the envelope to keep the photos flat.
Had to reach out multiple times to have the touch-up I paid for completed.
The color was off on two of the photos. When my son was standing by a white person, his color was good. When it was by himself and with the close up the coloring was to dark. I should not have to pay for a touch up due to lighting issues.
Fast shipping, Good prices and good Quality
Received pictures and two 8x10 photos do not have the same top and bottom spacing as 5x7 photos. Additionally, spacing at top of magnet photo was cropped to cut off graduate’s cap.
To make things correct I would like two new 8x10 photosd and a magnet photo at no charge.

My son isn't centered in the photograph. The photos need to be not so close up, so it allows for cropping/centering.
Still have not received my photos
The photo was not clear. There was a reflective look to the satin sash that made it look like it was not professionally processed
I ordered a photo of my daughter from her college graduation at a discount. When the frame arrived with the photo the frame was damaged. I contacted the sender by email and immediately a replacement was being processed. I received a replacement a little under a week later. The photo and frame look amazing. I am very happy and satisfied!
With each purchase, you should be allowed a digital download of some sort. Prices are extremely high for what little you get.
High quality. Beautiful product! Provided a wonderful memory of my daughter’s amazing accomplishment! Absolutely love it!! Highly recommend!!

I have not received the package
I paid for touch up on my pictures. It did not occur. I am very disappointed. I sent emails and a ticket was created and then closed. To make it right you could have the digit and 8x10 touched up like it should have been for me. You offered no solutions
The quality of the prints were exactly as described in the online order description. The prints arrived very quick and were packaged so prints were protected from any damage. We were pleased with our purchase.
Too expensive and not enough variety in the packages
I haven’t received my digital download photos and my order was $160!
There was a good variety of packages available including one that was exactly what we needed.
Prices are too high and photos weren't the best quality. A download should be cheaper than a print copy.
Also, a few of the photos that were in my folder were not me at all.

Subject is slanted in the photo
The photos were not clear. 🙁
The annoying moving copywrite prevented me from ordering additional prints. The moving over the photos was horrible and made it hard to actually see the photos. If you are that worried about someone stealing the photo put something over the chest ir something but the scrolling was terrible!!
