The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The facility is kept clean and the equipment is well maintained. A variety of classes are offered with an appeal for different age groups and fitness levels. I love the White Rock Y!

I have visited several YMCA’s, White Rock and Park South have been particularly friendly and helpful. The pool and people at Park South are hidden gem. My trainer at White Rock, Chinma has just the right combination of pushing me and being supportive.

Great machine selection, very clean, and very attentive. I really appreciate the staff that walk the parking lot in the evenings to make sure everyone is safe. Great location, even if a little crowded sometimes. Keep up the good work!
