White Rock YMCA is an extremely welcoming and accommodating place. They have programs and specialty situations for every age and type of person. The Y is always clean and well maintained. The staff is delightful and helpful. Each individuals health, physical and mental, is always a priority at the Y.

Great gym, always well kept, friendly people.
Nothing wrong, WRYMCA is great! Friendly, helpful staff, good equipment that's maintained w/ reasonable alacrity. Pool doesn't have enough lap lanes, but there ain't much we can do about that. Also, pool isn't open long enough, but w the shortage of lifeguards - ditto on the "not much you can do" front. All in all, I would (& do) heartily recommend WRYMCA!

Yoga has become a daily routine, including chair yoga.
It’s affordable, fun, and we have a team we organized from our school that has created a real community. I constantly recommend sports at the Y.

We appreciate the Y’s program and having a local organization to play recreational soccer games nearby. This season my only complaint was that we had an opponent forfeit the night before the game. We later found out that they were going on a cub scouts camp out. Please make sure coaches know to check their schedules before the season starts and request a bye week if they have a conflict like that. Our boys were really disappointed we didn’t get to play that weekend.
