Great classes and staff
I have a set time to exercise and I have to do it, because my physical therapist is waiting at the appointment location. I don't trust people coming to my house. I've found I end up working for them, instead of them working for me.
I've been going to the YMCA for several years, but will lose this benefit through AARP UHC in January. I don't want to switch gyms but it looks like I'll have no choice. I love the senior classes, but unless I pay out of pocket, I'll need to relinquish my membership. I wish an agreement could be made between UHC and the YMCA.

We had the best coach this year for soccer. Stephanie G. was excellent with the kids. She made the sport fun and made sure every child was included. She was an excellent communicator for the parents and was always organized.
