The instructor was very friendly and my son learned a lot a really enjoyed the lessons. I could see improvement in his swimming after just one week. She was also really great about rescheduling the lessons and being flexible due to the pool closures.

Initial meeting with my personal trainer, Ann K. She was very friendly, encouraging, and interested in what I want to achieve.
It is everything I was looking for! I love the variety of classes offered both early in the mornings and in the evenings. The instructors are amazing and make it easy for me to follow along, whether I choose to work out at my own pace or keep up with the trainer's pace. The daycare is also a huge convenience and makes it much easier for me to prioritize my workouts. Thank you for all that you do and for creating such a welcoming, family-friendly environment. It truly has been a wonderful experience for our family! 😊💪❤️
