Staff are very nice. Not too busy. The swimming pool is two warm for serious lap swimming, more of a therapy pool temperature.
Everyone is nice
Staff is professional & proactive & things usually open/start when they're supposed to, esp. re: the pool.
I like the atmosphere and the people. The set up for the locker room and wet areas is great. It’s also nice to have a quality gym downtown and not far from my house.

Close to my apartment, good hours of operation, very friendly and helpful staff, and good selection of exercise options and equipment.
Great and friendly staff. Facility has all the equipment someone would need to achieve their fitness goals. The one thing to work on would be to improve and update the cleanliness of the showers and bathroom facilities.
The weight room is clean & well maintained. The staff is great, no complaints about the facility.

Best full service gym in DFW for the price. Pound for pound. Love it. The dry sauna is 10/10. The early weekday hours are amazing. I love this place!

I love the Ymca ! Employees are very friendly and efficient, premises are super clean, they have all kind of equipment. Perfect location., no better place to work out !
Spacious facilities, steam, sauna and spa
I’ve been a member 36 years. It’s a great facility, and the staff and members are very nice people.
I like everything about it, the environment in YMCA is so pleasant I like to spend time at the Gym because all the people is nice, friendly and respectful the staff the equipment and everyone I love it and I recommend it.
The people at the T. Boone Pickens YMCA are wonderful. They're friendly and helpful and do a great job!
I love being able to take the whole family. I love that my kids look forward to it.
I dislike having to pay for parking.
I dislike that not all equipment is cleaned, wiped down.
I dislike that there are no wet wipes to clean the machines.
Please make sure there are enough lifeguards at the pool to open all 8 lanes when needed. Also, please add more hand sanitizer stations (there are currently none in the free weight area).

I was disappointed that you guys took away the Yoga mats with no warning.
I am glad that you have the thick black mat upstairs to stretch out on, but there's only one I wish you could consider getting some more of those black mats.
Now that management has recycled I can tell a big difference in the customer service.
