I like the attention and kindness of staff. They are all thoughtful and understanding of particular circumstances. They want to welcome all and treat all equally. It is a relief to have programs like the ones at YMCA were you know our children will have fun and treated with respect.

Pool is well-run, facility is clean and competently managed; staff is friendly.
I like this facility because (1) There is always a lap lane open, (2) The indoor pool is open all year, (3) The facility is not overrun with kids.

Everything is OK
It's just a very friendly place. I love being greeted by name when I check in. I know they are looking at the screen to see who I am but it still feels good. I love the way people just hang out there in the front, seeing all their friends. I love how many classes are offered every day and the variety of type of classes.

I like that the pool is not crowded I like the special needs changing rooms where we feel comfortable and I also like how semones is very caring towards special needs population
