I always feel welcome there. Staff is friendly and professional. The facility is wonderful for working out. i can do any kind of workout I like, yoga, weight training, treadmill, swimming, Semones Y is a great facilty for anyone at any fitness level.

It's a clean, friendly place to exercise, form friendships and I love that when I travel, finding other Y's is easy and we have ready access to those facilities, as well.
I like the indoor/outdoor pool options.
I like the city track that's also available.
I like the community seating and gathering areas.
When arriving, there is typically a friendly welcome, the equipment staying in good condition and the cleaning wipes are usually available and convenient.
I like the sense of community in the yoga classes.😊

promotes wellness, both physical and mental.
I love going to the Y every morning for my run. The staff are all very friendly calling me by my first name, every morning. The treadmills and machines are now working daily which is a huge plus for your members! There are always towels available. I also like the labels on the machines for people to please not talk on their cells.
Only recommendation, which is very minor, is to make sure there are cleaning wipes available every morning.
