The teachers are taking care of the kids with love. And my toddler also learned a lot interesting stuff. She enjoys talking about the world with us very much because she has a lot to share.
Not crowded in the workout area and it is not huge like so many others.

I like the general environment of the YMCA. I think the people at the Plano location are very friendly, the front desk and support staff are helpful, and the facilities are clean!
I really enjoy the group classes led by Stacy H. and Shelly B. The classes offered in the morning during the 8:00 and 9:00 hours are perfect for my schedule!
The staff and facilities are excellent. Thank you for running such a nice place to exercise. My only suggestion involves the space and mats available for stretching. The elevated floor available for this purpose (where the large rubber balls are stored) is often crowded and sometimes the mats are elsewhere or hard to find. I also would prefer not to have to climb up or down here, since my age may mean risking a possible fall. Would it be possible to dedicate space for stretching near the front windows, to the left of the two rowing machines? I used to go to the White Rock YMCA and they had seven or eight mats laid down all the time for stretching. Thank you.

hello YMCA team , i liked the way you greet us the minute we enter. I have been attending Yoga classes from past one week and i liked both the trainers and even the crowd around me. very welcoming and encouraging.
