My daughter has been going to camp on the lake for 3 summers in a row. She loves it. She has enjoyed the activities. The only suggestion I’d make is for the lifeguards or counselors to teach the kids swimming. Not sure if it is feasible but it will make the experience more memorable. I know all kids are required to wear a lifejacket while they are in the water, but perhaps there can be an option for the parents to “opt-in” to instructional swimming?
The staff was very friendly, helpful and our kids loved all the lake activities! After day 1, my daughter was already asking to go again next summer.

Everyone is so friendly. From the moment I walked in there it felt like home. The front desk is helpful, and they make sure all your questions are answered.
The classes are numerous and well staffed with great instructors. The machines are well maintained and clean.
I highly recommend the Plano YMCA.

Pre -K program is the best as my granddaughter is now prepared to start to Kindergarten this year - it is amazing what she has learned in a short period of time - not only the basic academics but how to make new friends and respect others 😁

The size of the gym, the other members and the instructors at the Y have kept me a member for over 20 years!

I am satisfied with education programs.
The teachers are taking care of the kids with love. And my toddler also learned a lot interesting stuff. She enjoys talking about the world with us very much because she has a lot to share.
Not crowded in the workout area and it is not huge like so many others.
I would like the Y to expand, bigger building
