I like the friendly, family atmosphere, overall and the friendly, little "societies" that seem to arise naturally in each of the time frames (e.g., early AM, late AM) at which I have worked out at the Y. That friendliness is largely the effect of the Y staff - from the folks at the desk (e.g.,, Sheena), to the maintenance folks and particularly the training staff (e.g., Prianka). Of course, the Y would not be the same without Paul's friendly encouragements!

My son loves the outdoors, but has a hard time making friends. This was a perfect balance of putting him where he wants to be and giving him common ground to talk to other kids! The staff were so kind and helpful.

My son said it was the best week of summer camp the entire summer! He did wish he was old enough to tub and it's going to be a long 2 years wait :)
It's so refrshing to find a camp that is an actual outdoor camp (like it's supposed to be). On the first day, when I picked up my son, he said it was the best day of his life and he wants to do it every summer. I already recommended it to our friends and we plan to enroll our kids next summer, maybe even for more than one session! Thank you for organizing this experience!
I enjoy the morning yoga classes, pickle ball, Zumba, the weight machines, and the friendships I have made doing these activities.

The site is clean, staff helpful and friendly, instructors are good performers, some of them excellent, and going out of their way to help and motivate us. My family has been a YMCA customer for more than 30 years (previously using the facilities in The Woodlands, TX) and now using Plano, Frisco, McKinney and Richardson, TX.

Basketball has become my daughter and son's favorite sport. The most of referees are great. They are kind, fair, and help the coaches teach the kids. It is well organized and alot of fun.
It might be a little thing for most people but we really enjoy the friendly greeting from the front desk staff. Thank you for your attention to customer service.
Kids had a great time even in the extreme heat. Will definitely be doing this again next year.

We absolutely love Alice in child watch! She takes such great care of Layla (8 months) and Liam (4 yo) and they just love to come see her. It makes my gym experience so stress free.
Staff is friendly and helpful. This YMCA is family friendly and laid back. Classes are varied, catering to a wide variety of interests and levels of fitness. Members are welcoming to new comers.
All the teachers very sweet even the directors. My girls love coming to the preschool and never want to leave once it’s time for pick up. It surprises me when I hear them speaking about plant life and recycling. It lets me know that they are really teaching lessons and making sure the children understand.
