It's a good place for a senior citizen to get a workout at their own pace. Free wifi is available so I can listen to my favorite music over my headphones while working out. The staff is friendly. The RC Plano YMCA has been my workout place for several years. Plus, they accept my current insurance plan.

I like the friendly staff and unassuming vibe of the gym, at least at the time I have been going, which is around 7:30 in the morning. Granted most of the people at the gym are older, but I like that it's not super crowded, and the gym pretty much has all of the equipment I like to train with. I joined a couple weeks ago, but so far so good!

I have an excellent trainer with Ryan Black and the front desk personnel are always helpful and courteous. I am unhappy with the lack of promotional offerings for personal training for a long time and the restriction YMCA has placed on them.

Great location. wish the hours were open later on the weekends and wish they had a running track inside, but love everything else.

I wish the classes would start and finish on time, since the classes in the morning coincide with working hours. Also it would be helpful if more group classes were offered in the evening as opposed to the morning.
