Very pleasant experience. Always very clean. Personnel are very helpful and professional Equipment is top notch, and always ready for use. My only negative comment would be about the doors from the parking area to the elevators/stairs leading to the lobby and exercise area. The doors are very heavy, and are a real challenge for someone like me that has a movement disorder and require a walker. I am confident that other members, or perspective members, have the same issue. The doors should either open automatically or by pressing a button. Many times members have been kind enough to either open the doors for me and hold them open, and they shouldn't be inconvenienced.

Safe underground parking at Moody is GREAT! The 'welcome team' at the front desk is always DELIGHTFUL, cheerful and helpful! Classes are conveniently posted on MindBody, and class-sizes are controlled. The facility is always clean!

The equipment. The front desk staff is friendly.

However, yesterday, I asked them to advise management that one of the elevators was acting up. I was quite concerned about the elevator since it jumped a bit. Yet, my request appeared to fall on deaf ears.

This YMCA has become one of the communities of which I look forward to daily involvement and participation. I am greeted cheerfully, sometimes by name, I say hello to the folks folding towels or scanning membership cards, and then some other recognized members that I might come across. Those chance encounters are awesome.

The fitness equipment is always working fine. The crowds are manageable.

Only suggestion is to be open 1 to 6 PM on Sundays to spread the use of the gym equipment over more hours, because sometimes Sunday afternoons are too crowded.
