This is a wonderful learning environment for all children. They provide an excellent educational experience as well support for the entire family. We have loved all the teachers and staff. The Director is very professional and readily answers any questions. The Rise School has been such a blessing to my family. We are so grateful!

What do you like about your The Rise School at Moody Family YMCA experience?

It offers a supportive healthy environment for my child and our family. I know my child is receiving the best care possible while out of my hands and it feels so good to have that for my child. We all smile dropping off and smile picking up. I am so thankful that a place like this is available for my child.

I like the weight machines and that they are pretty user-friendly. I also like the ease of parking in the parking garage.

I love my Qi Gong classes! The member are so welcoming! They've taken me into their family. Our classes are a bit crowded. We could probably use a large room soon. Thanks! I love it there!

The Moody Family YMCA has a wide variety of excercise options that are geared to meet the different levels of needs of individual members. Instructors for group excercise classes are very well qualified and tuned into the needs of individuals in their classes. Excercise equipment & workout spaces are top notch and well maintained. So, whether you want to come in and do your own thing or join in with others in group excercises, there is a wide range of opportunities, all of which is supported by a friendly & attentive YMCA Staff. If at all interested, I recommend you give it a try!
