The water aerobics classes are the best for my needs! I like that there is plenty of space provided for these classes and that they last at least 45 minutes each. Cara and her staff at the front desk are very welcoming!
My grandson and I enjoyed the pool and new changing rooms. The changing rooms make it much easier to get him in and out of the pool. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful. We liked the new look.

Our workout instructor, Darryl Reese, is amazing and is why I drive 22 miles each way to workout in his class. Also, the people are all very friendly.

Facility looks good. Lots of exercise rooms available for classes. Pool is available. Locker room has been clean, if a little out of the way.

There are so many things to love about the Lake Highlands Y. The people are fantastic. To a person, they are receptive, friendly and helpful; clearly centered on making sure I reach my health goals. The equipment is flawless. The facility is spotless. I am so delighted to be a part of it.
