Clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff
The new facility is fantastic and all of the employees, trainers, and different people working there have been incredibly friendly. It’s a great place to work out, visit with people, and get a cup of coffee!

Clean facility and great environment
Every thing is great about the Lake Highlands Family YMCA. I bypass the closest YMCA, specifically the Downtown YMCA, to travel to the LH YMCA!!!
My only complaint is dealing with Cardio Carl during the month of October. For some reason, he never, ever, seems to check me in quickly. Greets me with a smile and that’s it!

Pool beautiful and clean
Facilities have been upgraded and are in great shape. Need more toilets in the woman’s locker room. Need to turn on ceiling fans in treadmills/ equipment areas! With the large windows and sun, it gets so hot!
The instructors here are hands down amazing! I'll continue lessons with them for our little one and eventually for our whole family.
I like the teachers. I would like the lessons to be earlier than 6pm but it is the only aspect I don’t like. My kids are learning and they are very eager to go.

The instructors are great, and kid’s friendly. Love the attention my kids are getting. However, it’s a bit pricey for us. The schedule is great. Love the safety and the environment.

We joined- knowing we are in Dallas part time, because of grandchildren. I’m impressed at how organized, sanitary, friendly, it is there. I love that lap swimming laps schedule is so very flexible. The swimming staff is always accommodating. It’s such an asset to the area this YMCA serves. Thank you.
