I love the atmosphere. I don’t feel like somebody is trying to intimidate me. The personal trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in order for me to attain my physical fitness goals. Cassey has taught me more than I ever thought someone could do, given I’ve been a professional athlete that trained for more than 30 years. I really like this place!
