What do you like about our products and services?

As a member of the Board of Directors for my Condominium Association, when there is a problem (for which the Association is responsible) I am the first to hear. I am pleased that there have been no complaints about the quality of service or delivery schedule for our 18 homes. My only thought is that in the past, the paperwork (email statements) had caused some confusion for some of our residents but we have ironed all of that out. Now, with the new billing system under Superior, I hope that there will be no further occurrences.

As far as signing up for the online account with my new account number, this was quite problematic for me and took numerous attempts before I was finally able to establish my account and "log in". I don't know if other residents have encountered this problem.

All in all, we are pleased with Rymes/Superior.

I am very very happy with how closely Ryme's watches the level of my propane at my weekend home, and the online statement, makes it one thing I do not have to worry about. Thank you.

I have been a customer with Rhymes for a few years now. First with propane and now with oil. When I call for assistance, I am always helped in a timely and efficient manner. I also have my furnace cleaned in the spring and the technician is always professional and knowledgeable.

I have recommended Rhymes to my family and friends.

It’s great to be able to just e mail Joanna in the office and get a tank filled with K 1 usually within a couple of days. The bill is usually in my in box the same day and I can mail the check right out for my discount.
The senior discount helps out a bit too.
