Service is prompt.
The tank has a level monitor that shows the amount of propane. Since it is monitored remotely there is no need for me to check the level. Rymes comes anytime the tank gets low. Also, I can the tank level online anytime I want.
I really appreciate the remote monitoring of my tanks via cell connection. I think that techhnology is spot-on with the ability to get timely refills and not waste the driver's time arriving at a full tank.

I have been on Rymes auto delivery program for several years and have never had to call for delivery. Pricing is competitive as are prompt pay discounts.
Wish the Company offered a “Service Plan” that included annual furnace maintenance and furnace emergency repairs.
I like the wireless tank level gauge that helps trigger delivery when tank level requires refill. Also the service team is very helpful and will support request on as needed basis quickly and efficiently.

I was floored at how fast my delivery came. First time in over 20 years that they were here within a day of ordering. I am Also so very glad that you now have choices on the website for ordering minimum to Full tanks. I never had that option. Times are hard and we cannot all afford a full tank sometimes so it is Nice to have that option.
