Rymes was very helpful to me over the last two weeks. First, we needed the propane to our range disconnected because we were replacing it with an induction range. Timing had to be precise, so that the disconnect happened an hour or so before the new range was delivered; a Rymes technician arrived exactly as arranged! Second, we were leaving the house for a week with a house sitter, and our oil was getting low, so I used the website to request an earlier-than-planned delivery; sure enough, a refill came a few days after my request!

Customer service is great, people are friendly. They worked with me when I requested another tank and took my specific issues into account, didnt just run with whatever a chart told them. Prices are excellent and they deliver when they say they will. What's not to love?
Always reliable with automatic deliveries, no need to contact for customer service so I am not rating that. Appreciate the discount if paying by a certain date, consistently use that feature.
