Fuel is fuel, but the service provided by the vendor is the difference between companies. and Rymes has always provided me with good service. The Customer Service phone service could use some attention (but is probably suffering the same woes as general retail when it comes to staffing), but once a Customer Service representative gets on the line, things happen.
