You have a very good service man who fills our tank at Ashram Rd. in Sanbornton. We've run out of LP gas a couple of times and that's been a problem, but Rymes and our delivery man were good and quick about filling the tanks. It looks like Rymes allows him to exercise some judgement about the process which is important.

Our furnace stopped working so we called for service. My call was answered immediately and a technician was dispatched that day. He thought he fixed the issue but the next day we had to call again. A technician was sent that day and fixed the problem. He also suggested if it continued that we should replace a part. To that end, we did was more trouble and called to have the part replaced. The part was ordered and we are waiting for it to come in to be replaced. From the start it was a pleasant experience. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and technicians were dispatched in a timely manner.

I appreciate the auto deliveries as I cannot get to the cellar to check the tank info. However, occasionally a receipt is NOT left at my door which means I do not know when the tank is filled until I receive a bill on line a few days later. Thanks for your deliveries! Hope you can lower the price when the economy is better!
