Don't like that I can no longer go to the Bristol office to pay my bill in person or set up my deliveries.
Technicians always do a thorough job. However, I would appreciate 2 things:
1. a phone call when the technician is running over an hour late of the appointed time slot
2. an itemized bill so I can see what was replaced, what was done, etc. Thank you.

The gentleman who delivered the propane tank and set it up was friendly, efficient, and quick.
The only criticism is that the tank itself was/is ugly, rusty, scratched, and faded so it looks shabby as I drive up to my house.
