They’re very helpful!

Clean burning gives good heat

But when you call, it’s hard to get a hold of somebody you end up being on hold for a long time

I've been a Rymes customer for a few years now. I know this is a busy time of year and the Milford, NH location is short-staffed, but I was surprised it took 2 hours to get a callback when I tried to speak with someone. However, the woman (Amy?) that called me back was lovely and super helpful so it made it worth the wait. I had requested a delivery the week prior due to our tank being 20% at that time and was told that a delivery ticket was printed at that point. No delivery had happened though, and our tank was reaching an uncomfortable number (for me). Due to medical circumstances, I asked for a note to be added to our account so that deliveries would be more frequent, and I was happy that they were able to accommodate that. Amy even made a same-day delivery happen for me, which was very appreciated. And the delivery guy, Armand, was so great. I continue to be very happy with Rymes overall, but I think this new system that was implemented that supposedly monitors the tanks more closely (and therefore spreads out deliveries) is total crap. I am not comfortable with my tank going to 10% before I get a delivery, especially with the unpredictable nature of New England winters.

Quality and service

I really like the peace of mind that comes along with the monitoring of my tank. I appreciate the timely email offering support for and speaking directly about the changes that I also noted on what seemed like suddenly ‘low’ tank levels. I’d welcome not having a paper copy/envelope left on my outdoor porch that blows around for a few days before I see it: just send the invoice via email and save the natural resources (says the customer who is burning LP fuel….). Thanks!

Prompt delivery and polite phone service

Heading into my second winter with Rymes, so far so good! Had a minor hiccup of double payment last year, mostly because I was a new customer and I didn’t understand how their system worked yet. They handled it promptly and kindly.

Rymes cares about their customers and every person I've met has been courteous, professional, and helpful. I have recommended Rymes to my neighbors who have signed up with them and enjoyed the same high-quality service.

We have been happy with the maintenance service. Possibly looking into upgrading heating and cooling this coming year.

I am a new customer and forgot to call for the first delivery. I ran out of propane and the hot water it provides. Customer service rushed an order out to me and I could not be more grateful the outstanding service by the team at Rymes.

Good price on propane

I would like to get an email or text message notice of intended delivery date. I submit my delivery request through the Superior website, and the confirmation text says to check my account for pending scheduled delivery. However, there is nothing on the website account to check for a pending scheduled delivery date.
