The responsiveness and professionalism that was shown to us during the installation of our Rinnai was outstanding. The installers were professional and very polite they treated us and our home with respect. as for the heater itself our Livingroom has been chilly all winter. We had the unit installed and the temp. dropped to 30 degrees and strong winds, we had the heater set at 62 degrees and found ourselves to be very comfortable. The unit takes up little space and easy to use. We love it.
