Rymes deliveries (automatic plan) have been timely except for a screwup once when service was being transferred to another office. It was the middle of the winter and a weekend. I made calls and Rymes arrived quickly and corrected the problem quickly without charge. So I consider Rymes dependable. Plus when heat just stopped a couple months ago, despite staff shortages, I was fit in, and problem identified and fixed. Otherwise, things run smoothly.

Have been good about getting automatic fuel deliveries however, we did run out of fuel one night, but the truck did show up in the morning before we called. Should not be figuring it that close.
