I love automatic delivery.
I will give a 10 to the people delivering the gas but as far as the wait time on the phone goes, you get a 1. I waited over an hour and then gave up. This happened more that once. Not good!
The new automated tank monitoring is great. Delivery drivers are personable and competent. What I don't like id your outsourcing of installation and repair to a contractor. I am not sure that they have the same sense of responsibility to your company.
