We have had Rymes since 2005 when we bought our home. They worked with us and allowed us to charge at each refill and offers a discount if you pay early. They have always maintained the tank outside and are there whenever we need them for special projects.

Phone staff have always been great, and drivers are always personable and friendly. Not to mention Rhymes competitive pricing. I'm hoping that the current world trend to making everything computer-on-line only doesn't change the fact that we can call Rhymes, order propane, and receive our delivery promptly. We have been customers for years and plan to continue to be!
We needed a new line for the generator we purchased. Rushing against a predicted storm, the service men worked long and hard to get the hook-up done before the snow arrived. They were aware that my husband was in Hospice and needed the electricity and the job was done. Best work ever and greatly appreciated. Staci, in the Keene office, did wonders getting the schedule so all of this could be done. She was exceptional.

The tech service is fantastic.... especially Jared.... he is your #1 guy... never forget it... keep him happy and appreciated!!! I liked Rymes better as far as calling in for customer service over the phone... Superior is too big and distant in that regard, but the service guys are great.
