The company is extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Having a husband on Hospice and going through cancer surgery myself, they worked hard to get our generator up and running last winter and this summer brought another tank here and got it hooked up fighting hornets. Staci, working in the office, was beyond amazing assisting us getting things organized and completed. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend the company to anyone looking for oil or gas.

The service was very good. He first came to kill part of our porpane line. He then helped install a tiger loop for oil. Very clean and good work. He was the reason we added oil to our service.
He then came out to do the inspection/cleaning that we scheduled. Very through and efficient work. He was direct and honest which I appreciated.

We have been Rymes customers for almost 2 decades. Rymes still provides great customer service! Thank you.
With that said, We have been less than enthused with the Superior Propane merger/website/portal. Constant errors, unable to access the site, poor website design. If you call Superior on the website phone number, they can't help Rymes customers. So we just call Rymes directly and always get the help we need, as we always have! We haven't seen any benefit to having Superior associated with Rymes; it has only caused frustration.
