Once I sent an email to superior plus propane I was very pleased with the quickness of a response. Calling and visiting the Hudson NH Rymes got me frustrated. I am not a computer savvy person but finally set up on line account. It does make contacting the company much easier. I think for people who like doing everything on their computer will be very happy with the company. I did receive a personal telephone response within minutes of sending an email request for help. They were very helpful and kind.

When we need service for an emergency you usually respond in a reasonable amount of time. Oil prices seem to be higher than some other companies we've checked. We're both retired & are finding it difficult as many are.
