When I called on Friday the 14th I waited 42 minutes before I finally hung up as I needed to eat. I called back later and had to wait 36 minutes before my call was answered. The agent answered my question. I then made a comment about the wait time. There was no apology for the 2 long waits but I got somewhat of a snippy answer about the wait time.
With the message at the beginning of the call there was no wait time given or a chance to leave my phone number that I could be called back on so I didn't have to wait holding the phone. Also I had a question and there was no way I could have that answered on line instead of calling.

When I've had an emergency, whether for fuel or equipment, you were always available to send someone over that was always able to take care of the issue. I've been a customer since 1987! And in spite of the all the advertisements by others, I have no intention of switching my service.
