We have always had excellent professional people that have either performed service at our residence or answered our questions on the phone.
I use to have EnergyNorth for propane and I had them for over 20 years. I was getting charged more because they didn’t come to my house as often as someone that didn’t have other sources on heating their house. They told me they don’t look at me as a regular customer that’s why they charged me more. Well I call Rymes wright away and they came out removed Energy North’s tank and they took it back to them. I’m very happy with Rymes they treat us like a customer and even gives us discounts on our bill Thank you Rymes for being there for us. Name removed

Lynn Gelsleichter was amazing in helping me. I had only moved into my place 2 weeks before and didn't realize the previous occupant had left me wuth very little oil. I ran out. I had no account with Rymes, but Lynn helped to expedite the process, and get someone out to my house to inspect and deliver the next day during the coldest days so far this year. I can't praise her efforts and kindness enough.

The automatics deliveries are spot on.
Sorry for the late response my computer was down and then I forgot.. The first gentleman that came was in and out in half hour and was literally running around. I was pleased to hear it wasn't a big job even though the bill was a bit hefty. I guess having something done on a Friday counts as an emergence. Any way the girl who took took my phone call was very efferent and pleasant
The second gentleman was here a little longer and did discover that the part the first man put in was not working and the stayed until he was sure all things were working.
