I like the automated delivery system, and the fact that you offer full service, that you have technicians on call 24 seven if there should be no heat due to a mechanical problem. I wish that you had more accessible telephone coverage. Sometimes the wait is quite long, but the customer service people are always terrific. I also wish being on automatic delivery and you noticed that you’ve used more oil than this automatic system thinks, it would be nice to have a button on the website that says yes come fill my tank now, because sometimes that’s the reason I need to call customer service directly because you can’t do that from the website.
