We needed an urgent propane delivery the day after the snow storm and power outtage on April 4th. The propane powers our generator and we were down to 20%. Called the customer service line and arranged delivery. Rymes Propane came through and we got our delivery before we ran out. Staff members and the driver were very courteous and professional. I had an emergency issue caused by a different company. They worked quickly to process my new customer application and sent someone the same day to check on my oil tank. They fixed the problem and answered my questions. Our oil tank also needed to be replaced, they prepared the quote and scheduled the replacement within a few days. They worked quickly and cleaned up after. Everything is working well. I look forward to having worry free oil deliveries with Rymes. I would definitely recommend them for service and delivery.

Overall a good service. The online tooling is not really very helpful. Try as I might it took quite while to decode my balance. Ordering a refill was a fairly long wait. Once I get to a human, all is great, butt he rest is not a 10.
