I like the automated delivery system, and the fact that you offer full service, that you have technicians on call 24 seven if there should be no heat due to a mechanical problem. I wish that you had more accessible telephone coverage. Sometimes the wait is quite long, but the customer service people are always terrific. I also wish being on automatic delivery and you noticed that you’ve used more oil than this automatic system thinks, it would be nice to have a button on the website that says yes come fill my tank now, because sometimes that’s the reason I need to call customer service directly because you can’t do that from the website.

Deliveries of oil and propane are always timely, never need to request them. Burner service technician is qualified and does thorough work. Online account is convenient. Entire experience with Rymes (Superior Plus) has been excellent.
