Reliability!!!
Robert, the service person was amazing. I had just had surgery and he was so helpful!
1. Being on auto delivery.
2. The meter on my tank so I can see the propane in it.
3. The very reasonable cost of propane in these very hard times with my contract.
4. Ease of your web site to pay my bill after my propane is delivered.
5. I have only had to call customer service once for my contract for 2022 to 2023 and the gentleman I spoke with was professional and most of all spoke English.
