Friendly people...Great service!

When you have an issue (like I did recently), the customer service department at Rymes Propane & Oil will go above and beyond to fix it. They truly make you feel like your business is important to them.

My office staff people . However my receptionist doesn’t have assess to All the information in my account and I feel that makes it more difficult for your staff. While I understand internal controls, it does slow down productivity. for example, only my husbands name showed up on the superior account and yet IAM on the account and she had to call someone to verify that I could do the renewal policy. This is a waste of her time and my time you need to correct this by allowing more information to be available.

I like their services. My only holdback from a 10 is that I need an email when a delivery occurs. Our mailing address is out of state and it may be more than a week before we see the invoice making it difficult to take advantage of the early pay discount. Also, a side note, is that it would also be nice if you had some form of a monthly payment plan where we can get ahead in the summer. Our deliveries lately have been from November to March, totaling somewhere near $5,000 for the year. Spread out might be a better alternative.
