24 hr access and the weight lifting equipment is in good shape. It’s a large gym so it is never overcrowded. A nice mix of men and women and age groups where nobody should feel uncomfortable.

Phil the manager runs a top notch club . 24/7, clean bathrooms and showers , friendly staff and plenty of equipment . Place is always clean and a great atmosphere . That starts from the top and Phil makes that happen !
