Great place and the lady in the front desk is very kind!
Club is clean, staff is courteous, exercise equipment are in good shape and I can go at any time of day or night. Manager is very humble and helpful.
Friendly front desk. Great variety of equipment from ellipticals and treadmills to numerous weight machines for upper body and lower body. While I don't participate in group activities, there are a number and variety of group sessions. The monthly fee is very reasonable and great value for what you get... and if/when required, personal trainers are available.
The Sauna! Love it. Everything else is good also, I wish I joined a long time ago

Your teachers don’t mess around. They have personality and drive and they keep me accountable. They don’t gossip and they honor the sport. I don’t take all the classes, so I can’t speak for ALL teachers. But this is paramount to hosting successful classes. Athletes who respect the sport. It’s what we all miss from our younger years of group challenges and school gym. Teachers are mentors and they need to show up on time, vary the workout month to month, and challenge our bodies and minds. Make us feel like we can do it again. Thank you Club Metro!
On the pandemic time Club Metro help so much, as soon they were allowed to open the gym they let us work out, they open full hours, I am so grateful.

The gym is very clean and welcoming. The class instructors have all been great and it's a really great atmosphere!

Tons of equipment and cardio , clean , great vibe,
Showers , sauna and the place is always clean . The manager Phil and his staff always make it enjoyable to be there and they are very knowledgeable and care about the place.
